Neysha M. Alvarez is the Founder and President of the Infinitas Foundation. She was inspired to create the Infinitas Foundation after personally experiencing and witnessing the lack of adequate resources to support families caring for children with developmental disabilities and profound autism. She has 15 years of experience leading research and development, program management, and strategy initiatives and currently serves as a Lead Cyber Analyst for The MITRE Corporation. Ms. Alvarez graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in International Relations (with a concentration in International Security and Diplomacy) and is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner.

Myriam L. Burgos Ocaña is the Vice President and Treasurer of the Infinitas Foundation. She has over 30 years of experience in public administration and public relations and previously served as the Director of Admissions and Chief Claims Director for the State Insurance Fund of Puerto Rico. She is currently the Operations Manager for the company PR Transport & Logistics LLC and also serves as a traveling Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ms. Burgos Ocaña graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Communications and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Puerto Rico and is a Certified Project Manager from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Amani Eisa is the Director and Secretary of the Infinitas Foundation. She has 15 years of experience as a civil engineer working for local water utilities and sewage treatment plants in Virginia (Arlington County and Fairfax County) and providing engineering management services for daily operations and emergency management scenarios. She currently serves as the Arlington County Department of Environmental Services Chief Operating Engineer for Water and Sewer. Ms. Eisa has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering (with a concentration in Water Resources Engineering) from George Mason University.
