The Infinitas Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Northern Virginia that is building a stronger system of respite and family support for children with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. Through respite services, family-centered programs, advocacy, and community partnerships, we work to address gaps in support and strengthen families throughout their caregiving journey.
Our vision includes the development of The Infinity House, a dedicated respite and family support center designed to provide children with compassionate, individualized care while connecting families with the resources, relationships, and support they need.

The CDC’s latest monitoring data found that approximately 1 in 31 8-year-old children across 16 U.S. surveillance sites were identified with autism.

Among children with special health care needs who have functional limitations, more than one in three had a caregiver who reported leaving a job or reducing work hours because of their child’s health needs.

Even a few hours can make a difference.
The CDC recognizes respite as an important source of temporary relief for family caregivers and reports that even a few hours of respite each week can improve caregiver well-being.
